...since I was told it would be 7-10 days to receive my replacement rebate from Kumho, replacing the one supposedly sent a month ago for tires I bought over 2 months ago.
I've gone from being annoyed to pissed off. Rebates are always a pain, but I've never had this much trouble getting one. Should have bought Hankooks...
TL;DR: Kumho makes decent tires, but don't expect a rebate if you buy them, apparently

Its probably 7-10 business days, but I would still give them an earful. It shouldn't take that long for something so simple.

Yes, but being a business, the y only know business days. They can't make the mail man work Sundays. There's a reason why 7-10 is such a common quote. It sounds like a week to you(7), but it's actually 2 (10 business).

Doesn't matter. Mail is delivered on Saturdays. It's been more than 7 business days (m-f) and 10 mail delivery days (m-sat)
